Press pause. Find your footing. Rise from your roots.

The jungle does not forget. Beneath the cathedral canopy of the Cayo, where the Belize River winds like a silver thread through ancient earth, something older than memory is still speaking; if you can be still enough to listen. The Mayan structures did not stand for centuries by accident.

They stand today because they understood what it means to root deeply: to draw water from the dark, to reach toward the light without abandoning the ground. Rooted & Rising is an invitation into that same ancient knowing.

Five days held by rainforest and ruin, by firelight and river song, and by the quiet knowing of a land that has been tending human transformation for millennia. You are not here to be fixed. You are here to remember. To be reminded who you are by the earth, and by yourself. Come with an open mind and open heart. The jungle will do the rest.
